We do not provide financial services directly but facilitate access to payment solutions through our partner network. All transactions and services are executed by our licensed partners, who bear full responsibility for their compliance and service delivery.

HorizonsPay provides payment solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Cryptocurrency Payment Solutions
  • Global Transfers

Our services are tailored for high-value asset transactions (e.g., real estate, automotive, luxury goods) and high-risk industries (e.g., casinos, forex). Specific terms may apply to each service, which will be provided separately where applicable.

Use of Services

Clients must ensure their use of HorizonsPay’s services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. HorizonsPay reserves the right to decline service to any client engaging in unlawful or prohibited activities.

Partner Network Services

HorizonsPay collaborates with a network of licensed partners to deliver services. These partners are independently responsible for the performance, compliance, and legal aspects of the services they provide. HorizonsPay does not assume liability for the actions or omissions of its partner network.

User Accounts

G.O House of Horizons Ltd., operating as HorizonsPay, its employees, and affiliates, will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the services of our partner network.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.
